The primary function of this job is to manage all in-country sales efforts, either directly or through partners, and achieve annual sales and growth targets for the Company's Portfolio.
Achieve sales revenue targets given for security products, display products, distribution of payment products (e.g. fingerprint, CCTV, barrier gates, X-Ray, access control, parking gates, UVS, paperless, Videotron, TV walls, Digital signage , IWB , Kiosk, cash register, etc)
Develop business targets in the upper middle segment
Develop & build strong relationships with stakeholders, distributors, resellers and all parties who need products
Develop and implement plans to increase market share and profitability of products and services (value-based concept)
Strategic planning, product/brand expansion
Responsible for Profit and Loss
Map the market, and identify high priority markets for distribution product sales
Maintain cooperative working relationships with all Company departments, with a focus on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
8+ years of sales experience
3+ years of experience In leadership & Team Management
Market orientation in Big Account
Experience in Security System Company is a plus
Knowledge of IT security product or display product as well as payment product
Experience with specific segment, e.g, system integrator and ME contractor, and end user
Have great sales management Skills, strategic management, sales channel strategy, people management, marketing strategy
