The primary function of this job is to manage all in-country sales efforts, either directly or through partners, and achieve annual sales and growth targets for the Company's Portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales revenue targets given for security products, display products, distribution of payment products (e.g. fingerprint, CCTV, barrier gates, X-Ray, access control, parking gates, UVS, paperless, Videotron, TV walls, Digital signage , IWB , Kiosk, cash register, etc)

  • Develop business targets in the upper middle segment

  • Develop & build strong relationships with stakeholders, distributors, resellers and all parties who need products

  • Develop and implement plans to increase market share and profitability of products and services (value-based concept)

  • Strategic planning, product/brand expansion

  • Responsible for Profit and Loss

  • Map the market, and identify high priority markets for distribution product sales

  • Maintain cooperative working relationships with all Company departments, with a focus on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

  • 8+ years of sales experience 

  • 3+ years of experience In leadership & Team Management

  • Market orientation in Big Account

  • Experience in Security System Company is a plus

  • Knowledge of IT security product or display product as well as payment product

  • Experience with specific segment, e.g,  system integrator and ME contractor, and end user

  • Have great sales management Skills, strategic management, sales channel strategy, people management, marketing strategy
